Founded in 1962 during the early Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebrations, KOTIBA began as Persatuan TIBA (Association of Three United Villages) through the vision of Awang Yaakub bin Ahmad, Awang Gharif bin DSL Samat, and Awang Harun bin DSL Samat. Officially registered on November 24, 1962, we have grown from a small community association to a thriving cooperative serving over 586 members.
To unite and empower our community through sustainable economic development, social welfare programs, and cooperative business ventures while maintaining our founding principles of mutual assistance and collective progress.

Originally named Persatuan Tiga Kampung Bersatu (Three United Villages Association), or TIBA, the organization focused on social cohesion and community development among youth from these neighboring villages.
Becoming a Cooperative TIBA gradually evolved into an economic cooperative, forming KOTIBA Cooperation.
Today, it enables members from the three villages to take part in joint economic ventures and share in collective growth and prosperity.
