The welfare activities organized by KOTIBA also focus on the employees of KOTIBA Fuel Stations. These activities serve as a token of appreciation to the fuel station workers for their contributions throughout their service at KOTIBA Fuel Stations. One of the highlights of the appreciation event is the presentation of awards. The award categories are determined by KOTIBA’s ALP and may vary from year to year.
For record purposes, the Pump Attendant Awards for the session July 2016 to June 2017 included two categories: Best Pump Attendant (Overall) and Best Pump Attendant (Honesty). Recognition was also given to a KOTIBA Fuel Station employee who retired after 34 years of service, dating back to the station’s opening in August 1981.
Meanwhile, for the July 2017 to June 2018 session, two pump attendants were selected to receive the Best Pump Attendant Award, while another was recognized with the Excellent Pump Attendant Award.
