  • Early 1962: Initial discussions during Hari Raya Aidil Fitri between Yaakub bin Ahmad, Gharif bin DSL Samat, and Harun bin DSL Samat
  • First Meeting at Cikgu Yusuf bin Daud's house, Kampong Sungai Hanching
  • November 24, 1962: Official registration approved (Warta Kerajaan Bil: S259)
  • December 28, 1962: Brunei Rebellion - activities halted
1964 - 1965
  • 1964: River cleaning projects (first income source)
  • 1965: Built first community hall using
    local materials
  • Gotong-royong spirit development
1967
  • Paddy planting project at Paya Bangkal,
    Kampong Tanah Jambu
  • May 5, 1967: Welcome ceremony for Yaakub
    returning from WAY Singapore
  • Takeover of KASPAM grocery store
    (March 29, 1967)

  • Purchased by school bus (51629, 2,000)
  • Built second community hall (wooden structure)
  • Grocery store construction planning
  • Continued farming (Until 1969)
1974 - 1981
  • 1974: Community hall became Sekolah Ugama TIBA
  • 1974: First gas station application submitted
  • 1975: Gas station approval received
  • 1974-1981: Religious school operations

  • Construction Start: November 26, 1980
  • Operations Began: August 20, 1981
  • Official Opening: August 22, 1981, inaugurated by Pehin Jawatan Luar.
  • Funding: The venture was backed by 385 founding members, who purchased 4,821 shares for a total of $482,100

  • January 1 - June 30, 1999: Complete reconstruction
  • July 22, 1999: Reopened with modern facilities
  • BSM "KDR - Knock Down Rebuild" project

  • Community welfare programs expansion
  • Educational scholarships and orphan support

  • August 15, 2006: Historic visit by His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah
